Holy Land Tour of Israel – Tears of Deep Inexpressible Loving Joy

I am a computer professional and majority of the time, I am sitting working at my office desktop, if I am not in business or technical meetings. However, as soon as I reached my office, I had to work on some urgent technical issues and almost forgot about the website. At around 4:30 pm after fixing the issue, I had a chance to relax in my office and took a look at my “To Do” list. I realized my plan to visit the Benny Hinn Ministries website. I wasted no time and started browsing the site. As I browsed the site, I became excited about the various biblical places that were part of tour itinerary of Israel. My spirit immediately longed to be part of this tour but I knew that it would be very difficult for me to go as I had many pending work assigments.

David – A Man After God's Own Heart

We note that like David, we too can find a special place in God's Heart. David was not perfect. Like all of us he fell again and again. Yet every time he fell, his response was immediate repentance. This act restored his relationship with God. God knows our short-comings. That is why He sent His Son Jesus. He has paid the price for all of us for all times. Once born again all we have to do is to learn to enjoy the very real presence of God in prayer, in the Word and in fellowship. I am confident that since God is no respecter of persons, He will make us people after His own Heart too as we learn to spend time with Him

Masih Tube – Connecting The South Asian Community Globally Through Music Videos

Guys and gals, you must check out Masih Tube - the South Asian version of YouTube or GodTube. This website comment came from Ron - the founder of Masih Tube - I loved the way you are connecting the South Asian community living around the world through your website. After getting inspiration from a man of God like you, I decided to work on a Christian video portal for the South Asian Community around the world… and through this process, I have finished a video portal http://www.MasihTube.com It contains Christian videos from many Indian languages and I believe that many would benefit from this video portal. I will be adding the latest videos every week in this portal. God has blessed me with many talents and I am using all for His glory. LET US ALL SPREAD THE WORD TOGETHER.

Seven Keys to Being an Effective Global Leader

Nowadays, with the flat-world reality of technology, it is easier than ever for key apostolic leaders to connect the world over. This incredible new ability to communicate should be done strategically and with wisdom, lest a leader fail because of a lack of focus. . . . I believe God is calling the church to properly steward this incredible opportunity to unite global leaders for the sake of His kingdom. The early church was united and evangelized much of the known world by the end of the first century--all without planes, trains, automobiles, cell phones, or computers. I pray nothing less will be done by His present-day church.

Mobilizing Indians for Missions: An Interview with Shibu K. Mathew

India is basically a spiritual country, we yearn for something beyond ourselves. "God lead us from darkness into light, from death to life, from falsehood to truth," is a common prayer. This is our prayer, and God hears it. Sometimes I look around and wonder how it can happen . . . . The Indian missions movement is not yet as professional as I'd like to see it. I believe we'll see more go-getters in the next generation. I look forward to seeing this scenario: An IT guy climbs the ladder. He's a vice president by the time he's 30. He's traveled, enjoyed the world, then begins to think, "What should I do? Is there anything more to life?" Guys like this come to my class as brilliant chaps, running big companies. It would be good if we could see them bring that expertise into missions.

Pakistan for Christ – It's Harvest Time

The moment I was converted to Christ, I was plunged in to spiritual warfare about which I knew nothing about. Every redemptive work I did, I was attacked. Later, I learned I was worth being attacked because Christ has chosen me and I had a greater calling and responsibility than I had realized. . . . The visions of the Lord are usually for the appointed time. The hour of Christ's vision for Pakistan has come. This realization is taking place and its fulfillment has begun ( Habakkuk 2:2-3). Now is the time that we may write it on the walls (write it, print it, proclaim it and publish it on the hand bills as well as the Internet). The hour of God's mercy on Pakistani people and on the small Church rests now. Lord, I have heard of your fame; I stand in awe of your deeds, O Lord. Renew them on our day, in our time make them known; in wrath remember mercy (on Pakistan) - Habakkuk 3:2

New Nepal Needs New Minds!

Recent events have proven that the much hyped new Nepal is very much like the old, but without a king in Narayanhiti. Instead of the monarch, others of similar dictatorial bent are trying to impose their wills on the innocent Nepalese population. Beware, an individual as well as groups can practise totalitarianism. First, the orgy of destruction. G. K. Chesterton wrote about British youth hooliganism, and his resolve neither to laud it nor be impressed by it. Our newly born republican nation went through several days of needless, crippling strikes . . .  discarding these vestiges of old Nepal, we need selfless, far-sighted students, transporters, political parties, and garbage-people (besides others) to make our country prosper. A new Nepal needs new minds.

God gave me a fresh understanding of His forgiveness and purpose in my life and the vision of a new ministry called "AWAAZ (Voice) INT. MUSIC" came in my heart. Christ, My Bodhisattva – Interview by Andy Crouch with Ram Gidoomal

Multinational businessman and politician Ram Gidoomal talks about 'translating' the gospel in today's world . . . More than 50 members of my family have come to Christ. We are all Sindhis. There are very few Sindhi believers in the world, and the majority that have come to Christ, maybe 10,000 out of 20 million, came to Christ abroad, in the diaspora. This diaspora has largely followed economic opportunities. If you look at the early church and its growth, it also followed trade routes. The gospel was spread from port to port. Well, who paid for those boat trips? Business people. Business gives you access, geographic access as well as access to relational networks. As an Asian businessman, I have access to people and networks around the globe.

Book Review – True To His Ways: Purity & Safety in Christian Spiritual Practice

One thing I have written before is that Satan, our enemy, loves to imitate the things of God and make a mockery of the things he cannot imitate. In her book, True to His Ways, Ms. Davis goes into great depths pointing out the biblical errors in major counterfeit religious beliefs of our day. The information given on the spiritual dangers of yoga is invaluable in regards to biblical discernment. Christians who think that yoga is a harmless form of exercise to relieve stress are deceived. Just like Eve, these Christians are eating a forbidden fruit of spiritual destruction. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: - Genesis 3:4 [KJV]

Mobilizing People For God and for Country

I was born and raised as a Hindu worshipping the idol gods in a village, Kurumaddali, Andhra Pradesh, India. My father died when I was four years as he was witch-crafted by a witch man that was paid by another family in order to kill my family. My mother and grandparents tried every thing to get him cured. They offered the animal sacrifice in a graveyard in the midnight hour with the help of another witch doctor. They took him to mental hospitals and Hindu temples. They finally took him to a big temple where millions of Hindus go to shave their heads and give hair offering to the god of seven hills.

My Soul Longs For You! Nothin' Else Will Do . . . .

"My Soul Longs For You! Nothin' Else Will Do". . . . . Yes, True and Almighty Living God. My souls longs for you. . . . . . I'm Christian Dating a Non-Christian Possibly Intending To Get Married. Need Advice

I am a Hindu and have received a proposal from a Christian girl who converted from Hinduism three years ago. Whilst my parents expect her to follow my religion after marriage; I am of the view that she can follow her religion but she has to partake in all my Hindu religious activities; and that we have to have a Hindu marriage. I also respect Christianity and she can go to church etc. with myself accompanying her whenever possible. She has come back to me saying that all the above will be a sin in Christianity and that she will be punished if she participates in my activities. I have been advised by my Hindu priest to participate in her activities where possible. I respect her choice of religion because for me there is only one god; it's just that we all have our own ways of faith.

Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu Christian Songs – Blessings from Bethlehem Punjabi Church New York

Whatever reason might have brought you to this website, one thing is certain. God has a plan and purpose in your life. You are not here by chance or accident. You have a specific God-given assigment on this earth. You are precious to God and He loves you so much, that is why He has created you in His own image. You can’t find God’s purpose and plan in yourself, or in other people, or in the things of this world. God has made that plan for you and that plan can only be found in God alone.

Six Men Met In An Indian Airport: One Of Them Was Definitively Narrow-Minded

Through an imaginative dialog between six men with different worldviews, Praveen Raju of the Sakshi Times illustrates the implications of each in relation to the meaning and destination in life. At the Indian international airport, in a small restaurant,  five people are seated  around a long table relishing steaming tea . There is also a sixth person seated in a corner, on the next table, mutely watching  everyone. The announcer in her concerned yet pleasant voice apologizes the passengers for bad weather and thick fog  and  announces  in a regular and serious tone concerning flight  delay for about three hours. Suddenly, when the announcement was over, one of the five, Mr. Atheist, bangs the table and yells …

A Biblical Approach to Indian Traditions

A Biblical Approach to Indian Traditions and Beliefs fills a need for Indian Christians who are searching for guidance when confronted with beliefs, traditions, rituals and practices in the non-Christian Indian community. This book: * Reveals the truth about Christian living. * Discusses certain Indian spiritual and religious practices. * Gives advice on the daily struggles of believers. Written from the agape (love) perspective, this resource is helpful for the new convert to Christianity, the generational Christian who may need to adjust his life, and leaders who seek some form of consistency in approaching the Indian Diaspora.

Why Pastors Fall? Why Pastors Fail? Any Solutions!

I was shocked years ago when I realized that not all pastors are leaders. Someone with little or no mantle of leadership trying to lead a congregation will eventuate in people going in their own direction looking for the real leader in their midst. I agree with George Barna (as stated in his book A Fish Out of Water) when he says that there are habitual leaders (born leaders) who are so gifted that leadership comes naturally to them; they simply intuit leadership. I also agree with John Maxwell who says that we can grow as leaders by asking people to mentor us and by taking the time to study on leadership. God has called each leader to know and articulate their own mission statement.

His heart and passion is to create worship music which focuses on live experience and connecting people with God in a closer way. Anil travels all over the world proclaiming and singing the gospel. The Sacred And The Secular

I am a follower of Christ and my life must reflect that truth whether I am working at my job, shopping at the mall, throwing a party, attending classes at university, serving in church, hanging out with friends, deciding on a career, choosing a spouse or in any other activity of life. And I won’t need to label all my activities as ‘Christian’ because such labels are unnecessary and rather lame. It is understood that because I am a follower of Christ, everything I do will comply with the standards and values I profess to hold. If your walk with God is simply a part you play, an act, getting in and out of character is as easy as changing clothes. If it’s who you are, it doesn’t change with circumstance. Don’t fall into the trap that separates the spiritual and the secular. Being a Christian isn’t just a part of who I am—it is who I am.
