Senior Scientist Latha Christie could have ended her life long ago. But while facing the most desperate situation, a supernatural encounter turned her whole life around, enabling her to write books and speak on the very same issues and questions that once haunted her!
Dr. Latha Christie is a senior scientist with around 32 years of experience and is presently the Associate Director at MTRDC, the Defence Research & Development Organization (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Bangalore. After graduating with Honours in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Government College of Engineering, Tamil Nadu, Dr. Latha Christie completed her Master’s and PhD in Aerospace Engineering at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
Dr. Latha Christie’s research interests are in the fields of microwaves and computational electromagnetism. She received the prestigious Prof. Satish Dhawan Award for Engineers, instituted by the Government of Karnataka, for outstanding achievements in the field of engineering sciences for the year 2014, and was awarded by the Chief Minister.
Dr. Latha Christie has filed a patent, and has around 60 publications in international journals and conferences, and has also authored three books.
