Happy New Year 2009
Dear Brothers & Sisters in Christ
As all of us prepare to welcome 2009, we want to thank you for your continued support.
It's hard to believe 2008 is over. Many of us will be glad that 2008 has ended as it has been a tough year for many believers around the world.
No one can predict with certainty how calm or stormy the new year will be. We do know, though, that we, who have Jesus, have our future securely moored to Him. Jesus, who did not fail us in the past, will not fail us in the future.
Jeremiah 29:11-13 says, ''For I know the plans that I have for you,'' declares the Lord, ''Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you HOPE and a future. Then you will call upon Me and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek Me and FIND Me when you seek Me with ALL of your heart.''
As we start off our new year, let's remember that it's full of possibilities and opportunities. Let's make a decision today to be positive and optimistic about our future. Let's reach out to our Creator in faith and BELIEVE that God really does know who we are; God really does love us passionately and God really does care about our life. If we do this, then we will find a new kind of joy for living that springs forth from a HOPE that says, ''God has a plan for me, a good plan, and I'm going to find out what that is and embrace it! I'm going to be just fine!'' In fact, you're going to be great !!!
HIS Prayer House's purpose is to encourage and equip believers to fulfill their calling in their place and to help them become people that influence culture and to become change agent. We have seen much fruit from our efforts in 2008 and are gearing for 2009. "The Lord has done great things for us and we are filled with joy"' (Psalm 126:3)
HPH (HIS Prayer House) has been an important encouragement and catalyst to many in their place – professionals, business owners, nurses, government employees, pastors and non-profit leaders (to name a few) from more than 50 nations in the world. We thank you for your valued feedback and encouragement.
We pray that in the coming year you will play an integral role in expanding the reach of HPH and in-turn help more men and women live out their calling for Christ in their work and lives.
We only ask that you pray for HPH and that you let all your family, friends and co-workers know about HPH to help us reach more people and inspire and equip them to affect their culture for Christ.
Before we close, we would like to wish you and your family a very happy, blessed and prosperous New Year 2009.
