Happy Thanksgiving

HAPPY THANKSGIVING to everyone. I hope everyone has a good thanksgiving with lots of food, time with others and blessings.

Except for Monday, I have a week off college and work for Thanksgiving. I look forward to spend time with family, friends and most favorite people in the world and eat lots of food. I watched Mom make the turkey last year. It takes all day. I wanted to try it but I don't think anyone would trust me with the turkey. I'm looking forward to it.

I am mastering the art of baking. I like baking pies, cakes and other desserts. I had no work or classes today so I decided to make fudge pecan pie. It's the same recipe as pecan pie with a bit of fudge in the filling. It's yummy and not too sugary.

I'm relieved to have a break before returning to college for finals and then woot, it's Christmas break. It's time to refocus and rejuvenate and be ready for what lays ahead.
