Elizabeth Ann Mathai
Elizabeth Ann Mathai's voice is often described as angelic. Known for her sweet spirit, her voice has inspired lives internationally. She is a worship leader and singer/ songwriter.Born in Toronto, Canada to Malayalee Christian Indian parents, Elizabeth grew up in a Pastor’s home. Elizabeth accepted Jesus in her life at a young age. Ever since she was a little girl, she always knew she wanted to sing. Elizabeth has recorded two worship albums. She has been leading worship in various settings in churches in Canada and abroad.
It is Elizabeth Ann Mathai’s desire that her music and story will bring healing to many. Through her music, Elizabeth shares her testimony of how God is able to move big mountains and that no matter how hopeless a situation seems, God is able to re-write the story.
Elizabeth Ann Mathai graduated from York University with a bachelor's degree in Business.
Elizabeth is married to Blessan Cherian. They live in Toronto, Canada. They have two sons named Noah Isaac Cherian and Jeremiah Joseph Cherian.
